[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to remove the doors to get the refrigerator into the house. The screw holes for the door hinges were stripped and we had to get a tap to fix the threads. The refrigerator is difficult to level. There is no adjustment for two of the feet. The bottom drawer frame is molded plastic and is warped. The glass shelf does not rest evenly on the support and will break if any weight is put on the shelf. The freezer doesn't get cold enough even on the max. setting. The first one we picked up had two big dents in the sheet metal so we had to take that one back and then had to take a floor model which cost me a whole day of my time farting around at Menard's with returning the original and finding a supposedly new one that didn't exist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It seems roomy inside! Would give five stars, but I feel like it should have had another shelf.

Hello,
We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Refrigerator.
Your refrigerator has two adjustable levelers, one on each side, at
the base of the refrigerator. If your refrigerator seems unsteady or
if you want the doors to close more easily, adjust the level and tilt
of the refrigerator.
1. Turn the leveler to the left to raise that side of the refrigerator
or to the right to lower that side. It may take several turns to
adjust the tilt of the refrigerator.
NOTE: Having someone push against the top of the
refrigerator takes some weight off the levelers. This makes it
easier to turn the levelers.
2. Open both doors again to make sure that they close as easily
as you like. If not, tilt the refrigerator slightly more to the rear
by turning both levelers to the right. It may take several more
turns.
NOTE: To keep the refrigerator level, make the same
adjustment to each side.
3. Using a level, make sure the refrigerator is still level from side
to side. Readjust if necessary.
