[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an apartment manager in downtown Tucson and we have this model type in every unit and they are really reliable as we hardly ever have to repair them. The type we get are the 14 cu. which might sound small but actually have perfect amount of space but of course you can get a bigger size if needed. The fridge is so quite you never hear it and the layout or design are awesome. They are also extremely energy efficient so because of these points i rate this a 5 star product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not the best quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to change the way the door opened. Had a lot of trouble. Holes did not line up right and bolts were VERY tight. As matter of fact one of them stripped the threads.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
