Mixed Emotions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little background. We purchased this refrigerator in July 2021, and it was delivered January 2022--supply chain issues. Our old bottom freezer fridge started forming ice in the bottom and my husband had to get down on his hands and knees every four days to chip the ice out. Otherwise, the water had no place to go and ran onto the floor. We wanted another bottom freezer but were told that we couldn't even order one because of supply issues. So we ordered this top freezer model instead and still had to wait six months.
I'm sorry but I cannot give this refrigerator a very good review. On the plus side, I like the adjustable shelves, and it has adequate storage space for its size. On the minus side, it makes really weird noises almost 24x7. Sometimes it sounds like it's moaning and groaning, and other times it sounds like it is going to take flight. There are other noises in between. The noises are not extremely loud, but we can definitely hear them and it's quite annoying. But we are not chipping ice any longer so we can live with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Experience will not return

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge months ago and whirlpool could not send me doors that were not dented. We went back and forth for almost 9 months regarding a fridge that was supposed to be NEW. It was my understanding that whirlpool had a great product, but this experience has shown me I should never buy whirlpool or any affiliate companies ever again.

Replacement Unit After Almost One Year of Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a unit that I purchased nearly a year ago. After much wasted time and a lot of spoiled food Whirlpool finally did the right thing and replaced it. I purchased Whirlpool appliances for my new kitchen makeover at my father's direction. He has had great experience with them over the years. I don't think I will give them a second chace after being treated so poorly....

Constant,Annoying,Gurgling,freezer noise

The quality of the fridge is okay, and the motor is quiet.However it has a constant gurgling sound that seems endless.Its loud and extremely unpleasant to have to endure.Thought it would go away after a bit but it isn't going to stop apparently it just gets worse.Works well and nice layout but the annoying sound needs to be fixed.

Annoying sound when compressor is running

This refrigerator is larger than the one it replaced, but seems smaller, due to shelf layout and small bins. Frig door is low, so need to bend down to access things. Have frequently bumped head on freezer door.

Worse refrig i ever bought. Bottom self freezes up top shelf water all over from condensation. door needs to be slammed close or it will not close
