Works well and meets the need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a second refrigerator in our home. We ordered it without an icemaker but when it arrived it had an ice maker inside. That didn't help as we have it in the garage and there is no water service but I suppose if we ever sold it someone else could benefit from it. The freezer is roomy enough and there is plenty of storage room inside the refrigerator. It is nice and quiet and has met the need perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and ample space. Wish is had seperate controls for freezer and fridge as is very hard to control temperatures in both, If I get the freezer to freeze ice cream the fridge is too cold. To me this is a major drawback.

After 2 years a lemon.

I put up with the door not really holding anything well whether it fell through like the freezer or not narrow enough in fridge to hold bottles upside down when near finished. The fridge door looked nice in store but after sometime you realize it is very badly designed. The sealing was warped but it appeared to not leak coldness. The stainless steel is very hard to keep looking nice. Now what has made me write this review after 2 years is that I am having the repair man again in less than 2 months to fix it. First the fridge was freezing and defrosting all day long and now the freezer is doing it. Ugh as I write this I notice it now makes loud noise when motor turns on. I am so hoping to replace this somehow. I'm fed up of wasting money on food.

Freezer and Bottom of Refrigerator

This is the worst refrigerator I ever owned
I just purchased this refrigerator only a year ago
Now I’m stuck with this backwards method of cooling foods
Freezer does not freeze properly and the refrigerator freezes food
Figure that one out!!!

Freezer not cold enough!

My ice cream is like mush and anything on the bottom of the refrigerator is freezing if I turn up the temperature to maximum. I worry about the safety of the frozen items. So disappointed in the refrigerator.

Does what I need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old refrigerator was close to 20 yrs old and was starting to make strange noises, so we researched and found our present whirlpool which had similar features but with more modern improvements eg LED lighting etc. It’s been several months and we are completely satisfied with it. It’s very quiet, uses less energy, and is a little roomier than our previous one even though it’s similar dimensions outside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Returned this unit .Dissatisfied with shelf design. Freezer shelves too narrow with no bottom. Smaller item fell through to floor. refrigerator shelves when adjusted to fit larger bottles did not allow items to fit in shelf below. Freezer has no light. The freezer door extends down and out too far so that to see items on top shelf we had to bend down.and subsequently hit our head on the freezer door getting item out..
