Worst to clean

This came with our house, and I can promise you that I would never purposely purchase this model. The bottom of the fridge is not flat, has tracks for the drawers, and the tracks are BOLTED to the bottom. Any spill that finds it's way drains next to the bolts where it's a PITA to clean. Whoever designs this mean hate anyone who cleans. I'm very unlikely to ever buy a Whirlpool in the future if this is the standard to which they hold their designs.

TERRIBLE warranty service!

They have not worked properly from the beginning, but the last couple months it will not keep a steady temperature.
I finally called for a repair person to come out. He has been here 4 times and is coming back tomorrow.
He is grasping at straws to figure out what is wrong. I requested they be replaced but was refused.
I have lost food numerous times due to the huge fluctuations in temperatures. Both fridge and freezer.
I am extremely disappointed with the fridges as well as the warranty department.
To have fridges that done work and Whirpool doing nothing for me has made me realize that I would NEVER recommend buying anything from this company and will tell anyone who will listen my story!
