Poor design for crisper draw tracks can't clean.

I do not like way the crisper draw tracks are bolted in the bottom of the refrigerator. I had lemonade tip over in the refrigerator dripping down under the crisper draws. Very difficult to clean under and along the crisper draw tracks that are bolted to the bottom of the refrigerator!!!!
Has anyone had this experience? What tools do I use to remove the tracks so I can clean under them? 6b

Fridge light on and off twice when opened & closed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has had issues from the day the door was switched to the other side (fridge description states door is reversable); the lights flicker on and off twice each time its opened and closed. We had service done 2 times and were told the issue cannot be resolved!

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and I am fairly satisfied although it is very difficult to set the proper temperature inside the fridge side. There is an electronic controller that has only four levels of coolness.i first set it to the middle and it was way too cold, found frozen vegetables and fruits.then I set it to the least cool but still the lettuce froze in parts and found a half potato that guy was left in a bowl with water , the water had frozen solid. Then I tried turning down the freezer part to see. No results yet but now the freezer is just below freezing.
