Lots of shelf room

Why is the whirlpool logo placed in the middle of the freezer door when all other ones of the same model including the picture of our new one sent with this review ,is in the upper right corner of the freezer door !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item came with purchase of a new house. I had no choice in its style or type. It does cool and freeze, its stainless steel. It is fairly quiet in operation, but the freezer is on the top. That means for daily use you are constantly stooping over to reach items used. While the freezer which is long term storage is above and only opened for a single item or for ice. And like most designs today it is so deep that items get pushed to the back and 'lost' till they can spoil. While the machine me work the design is flawed in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a replacement for an LG that I had purchased and I didn't like the configuration on the inside, liked the Whirlpool better except for the door shelves in the freezer, LG's were better. Anyway, I would have liked a bigger refrigerator but apparently the one I got is the biggest you can get with the freezer on top. I had a french door with freezer on the bottom and didn't really care for it and had nothing but problems with the ice maker so went back to the freezer on top. Other than size I really like it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new frig. The freezer is on top which I prefer and the light is a definite plus. The shelves in the door is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love it.
