Warranty Replacement has same and new issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (1) because the door had to be reversed, the now exposed light switch on the side is subject to breaking (again, like the last one). Just because they tell you the door can be reversed doesn't mean the interior light switch can be switched to the other side as well. Lesson learned - the hard way.
(2) the replacement (under warranty) refrigerator does not close automatically like the the previous one.

We must admit though, the only drawback is ,when shutting the refrigerator door, you must make a conscious effort to be sure the door is closed. All other refrigerator's I've owned all that was required to close the door was a gentle nudge and the door would shut and seal itself. With this if you just nudge the door as we have in the past it won't close.
Is it possible that it isn't balanced properly? Is it something that should have be checked on delivery?

Excellent Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator keeps food very cold, even on the medium setting. Same with the freezer - on the medium setting items are frozen solid. Mostly plastic shelves, drawers, etc. I've gotten used to them. This unit replaced a 30 year old GE fridge. The older one was quieter. On a scale of 1 - 10 the GE had almost zero noise. I would rate the new unit at 1.5 out of 10. Can I hear it doing whatever it does, yes, somewhat. Is it overbearing...not at all. I would definitely buy this refrigerator again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
