[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a house with this fridge installed brand new. This is not my preferred fridge style. With the freezer on top it is so much harder to organize the fridge bellow and requires lots of bending down and kneeling to see what is in there. The door provides some organization. The freezer is even worse. The shelf doesn’t go all of the way to the back so sometimes stuff will fall, and the door has the same issue with its shelves. It looks nice and runs fine but I would recommend a French door style with a freezer on bottom instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So spacious

The bins are made with clear plastic and can be determined easily when I need to rebuy something. There is ample room on the inner door also. The freezer space is a bit smaller than I like but over all, I am pleased.

Roomy interior; excellent LED lighting throughout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the model a month ago. It has plenty of room, and the lighting design and glass shelves make everything easy to find. It is deeper than our previous fridge (I think due to improved insulation). Excellent cooling distribution (no frozen greens).

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the refrigerator. I really like the wide shelves on the door and the open space in the freezer. I am a little concerned however because occasionally it has a louder noise perhaps when it is defrosting. I hope that is all it is.

Great main area!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to purchase a new refrigerator and decided to downsize just a bit. Overall the main part of the refrigerator has plenty of space. The meat/cheese drawer could have been a bit bigger. That's the only thing in the refrigerator section needing more room. The freezer is small. I put shelves in to help me organize better, and it helped, but like I said I downsized. So I will continue to see what I can do to help me get that area working for me. Over all it is a good size for me. And I trust the Whirlpool name.

Very Striking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator a while back. It looks very nice in my kitchen and I love every aspect of it....except the finish on the doors. This finish mars very easily when wiped down. I found a microfiber towel works best to clean and dry it. The finish on the sides is wonderful. Wish the front had this same finish.

Frigerator seal problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom seal between the door and refrigerator did not properly seal. This caused the freezer to ice up and the refrigerator did not cool. A service call was required and took several days before this problem could be corrected. We were not able to use the frig during the wait time for repair. Service man corrected the problem and the refrigerator seems to be now working just fine. We did have to throw out some items in our frig, to be on the safe side. Now that the problem is corrected, the frig is working fine. It was just another hassle to deal with.
