Great Top Freezer Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a 25 year old Whirlpool that was failing. Ordered it while on sale, but had to wait almost 4 weeks to get it. Very happy with new refrigerator, love the bright LED light in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator is ok, but could be brighter. Refrigerator works fine, but recommended settings do not cool the refrigerator below 40 degrees. Had to lower setting to get below 40. Never been a fan of gallon milk jugs in the door bins, but use that feature now due to having to stoop over to get milk off of top shelf since the bins in the door result in the refrigerator shelves being further back. The ice maker bin was smaller than our previous one, so we swapped the bins out to keep the larger one. I hope this refrigerator lasts 25 years like my old Whirlpool!

Disapointing purchase

I bought this refrigerator after doing much research. Initially I was very happy with the product until I started noticing that the paint was chipping off at the door seams. I have owned refrigerators all my life some lasted 22 years and have never experienced this before. This refrigerator is only 4 years old. I called Whirlpool and they sent me a paint
bottle to cover it but this wears off very quickly. I won't buy or recommend this or any other whirlpool product.

Nice Fridge!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was right in time, as my old unit was starting to go out. I had my other unit since the 90’s, so it was time for an upgrade. I did extensive research and shopping for something that would meet my standards for what I desired. I know Whirlpool is a trusted name and has been around for years. I am pleased with my purchase. The only thing I can think of unsatisfactory, is that it states the stainless steel is supposed to be fingerprint resistant but they still show up. Just cosmetic, the unit itself has been great so far!!!!

FYI I also bought a medium sized freezer and this fridge got extended service contracts as well, still paid less then for my dead Lg fridge.....sigh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Refrigerator lasted 25+ years. I'm sure this new one will out last the old one. It's so bright inside, lots of useful space (we still haven't filled it up.) The finish (Stainless Steel) is easy to clean with clothes. And it's quiet.
