This is more noisy then my old one

This fridge makes a loud high pitch noise that is quite unpleasant to the ear. I can hear the noise from my bedroom, and it is definitely louder then my old Kenmore.I called customer service and they said they can send someone to check on it, but if there is nothing wrong with it I have to pay for the visit.I do not know if it's a defective fridge or if all of them are noisy.The noise is so annoying that I have to put it off when I am in the kitchen.If you can tolerate the noise then this is an excellent fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Basic refrigerator with lots of room.

This purchase was for an extra refrigerator to go into the garage. I wanted a top freezer with no ice maker to maximize freezer storage. The freezer has plenty of space but make sure you don't block the vents. The refrigerator has many compartments to hold various size items but the interior light is in the way taking up food storage space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this recently, and have enjoyed it's well organized space and excellent lighting. It replaces a much older refrigerator and it is impressive how much things have changed since our old Whirlpool was made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this frig. for a few months and it does the job but is very noisy, hard to keep clean and scratches easily. I wish the front of the frig was made like the sides instead of the shiny black.
