Love our new refrigerator

I've always believed that if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all. So, that said, I like the looks of the refrigerator. I also like the LED lighting inside both the refrigerator and the freezer compartments. I wish the freezer door shelf bottoms were full depth instead of half-depth because smaller items can fall through the space between the front and bottom. The unit is fairly loud when cycling. It is loud enough to be heard from adjacent rooms and is the first thing you hear when entering my house. The biggest concern is the refrigerator door which creaks like a door from a 100 year old haunted house movie. Repair team from Whirlpool lubricated hinges but were unable to silence it. Very loud creaking sound when opening and closing door. Unit is less than two weeks old. I expected more from Whirlpool. I've owned many Whirlpool products and have always had confidence in the brand until now. I don't know if my issues are a common concern with this model or if I just got a lemon but either way...not a good customer experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this refrigerator five stars except for the flimsy piece of plastic that is used as a rail on the bottom shelf on the door. It keeps falling off, thus making the shelf unusable.

We were looking for a replacement refrigerator without an icemaker that had loads of room to store our regular food supply. This was a wonderful find. We are very pleased with the overall design and features and would recommend this product to family and friends.

I've had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and am very pleased with it. The door organization is so convenient. I can see and reach all my condiments easily. The glass shelves are easy to keep clean. I love the l e d interior lighting! Runs quietly.
