HORRIBLE!

Worst! Connection issues EVERY SINGLE DAY! Been trying to log in and it says wrong password. Go to reset password and it won’t send me the email. This has been the most complicated experience I’ve ever experienced and it makes me want to switch back to my old brand! Also…this printer is slow as molasses!

Worked well for the first thirty days. Now it's a paper weight. I can't even print off a one page word document. I am still within the "Warranty" window, so who knows what that means so I will remain optimistic... I regret this purchase smh $300 and for what. -_-
