The worst ever!

Since the beginning I had problems with it had to clean head every time, now it doesn’t work and didn’t even used it much I do not recommend this brand at all, worst experience ever and waste of my money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

machine may be great, but the setup is unbelievably complex

My son and I just spent FIVE hours setting up this dinosaur! One of the many examples of sheer stupidity is that near the end of the process, you have to enter the administrator password. After checking everything, including locating how to create an account, we turned the machine upside down, with the ink installed, as we had been directed to do. There we found the password. Stupid.
Setting up an account is very difficult. Then you find out that setting up the account has nothing to do with the administrator screen. Stupid.
When you download the app to install the drivers, the program isn't smart enough to determine whether you have Windows 11 or a Mac system. It initially installed for Windows 10, even though I chose the Windows 11 option. It took a good while before we found a screen that allowed us to change from Mac to Windows 11. When the program stated it was searching for the best options, installing drivers for the correct IOS would have been the correct option.
There were no clear instructions on how to set up wifi. Once, we failed with that and worked for another 10 minutes, we found a screen that allowed us to choose the correct SSID. what happened to 'Plug and Play"?
FINALLY, the last straw was trying to register for the warranty. The Serial Number isn't recognized by the system. I entered the bar code number three times, every other number on the page, downloaded barcode scanner, which came up with the same number that the form said was an invalid serial number. It was like everything else. I had to download apps several times to do things like reading a QR code or the barcode that were unnecessary steps and major irritants. Unless you are a IT guy, or have access to an IT department, do NOT but this printer!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The screen on the front of the unit is so small I had to use a flashlight and a magnifying glass to set this up. I was not able to complete wifi set up after multiple attempts as one of the characters in my wifi password is not on any of the available panels, so I went with a USB cable instead. Why was this single item not added to the package as an option? I haven't used this printer yet on any major projects. I bought it because I got tired of replacing small ink cartridges so often, sometimes when the cartridges were still rather full but no longer functioned. Please go back to a simple plug-in-and-go box printer without all the frills.
The printer is easy to set up and I love the ease of putting the ink in. My other printer was an Epson too, but it took cartridges and it was not the easiest thing to replace them. I'm glad I switched to this one.
I might later give this 5 stars, I simply haven't put it through any tests other than B&W documents. It has performed very well and was very easy to set up.

Problems after MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 update

This has worked great for me last couple of years updated to MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 and now the printer prints shadows. Updated latest software 3 x’s but nowhere on website is there a way to communicated with Tech to solve the problem

Such high hopes

I just unboxed this machine and it won't print. I would consider my knowledge on computers and peripherals to be decent, but this printer is beyond frustrating. Hopefully it's user error or faulty print heads but I've tried all of the tricks I can find online and nothing is helping.

Printer needs to improve on some things . . .

The good: I definitely like using the bottled ink as opposed to cartridges. The bad: 1.) During setup, the app asked me for my WiFi Network Name, but it NEVER asked me for my WiFi Password! 2.) The screen on the printer is TINY (you almost have to use a magnifying glass to view the words on it!)
