So far, it's great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it for a full day of work and so far it's great. The picture is beautiful, and on flawless on my gaming PC. Need to still put it through it's paces in a FPS but we'll worth it so far.

Great features, gaming, you name it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this monitor for everyday use and because the tremendous real estate allows me to multitask without losing track of my work. Working from home has been so much easier with this monitor. The monitor is packed with features that I may not even get a chance to use much, but I’m still very happy to have for when I do need to use them. I don’t game as much as I used to, but with this monitor, I can’t stop gaming whenever I start. The quality of this thing is amazing! The specs and features are available for everyone to see, but it’s does no justice unless you try using the actual monitor for yourself. I must mention, this monitor also serves as a streaming device which allows you to stream from all of your favorite apps like YouTube. Think of it as a television as well and yes, it does come with a remote that makes it so much easier to control the monitor without having to reach across to the control panel on the back of the monitor.
While my overall experience has been great, there’re still a couple of things I would’ve been happy to see implemented on this monitor. A LAN port for would’ve been a nice addition for folks that prefers hardwire as opposed to using WiFi. While I understand the monitor is really thin, I still see room where it could’ve been implemented, it’s not a deal breaker for me, but I’m sure it will be for some people. One last thing I would have been happy to see, is an additional standard size HDMI port making it 2 plus the current 1 micro-HDMI or

Stunning Visuals, Terrible Quality Control
on July 21, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung G9 OLED is hands down one of the best visual experiences I’ve ever had on a monitor. The colors are vibrant, the contrast is insane thanks to the OLED panel, and the 240Hz refresh rate makes everything buttery smooth — whether it’s gaming, editing, or just general use, it looks phenomenal.
BUT — and it’s a big but — the quality control on this thing is terrible. I’ve had to replace the monitor three times. First one had screen flickering issues out of the box. The second developed a line of dead pixels within a few weeks. The third started randomly powering off. For a premium-priced monitor, this kind of reliability is unacceptable.
It’s frustrating because when it works, it’s a dream. But the hassle of dealing with returns and replacements over and over really killed the excitement. Samsung nailed the display tech but dropped the ball on build quality and durability.
If you’re lucky and get a good unit, it’s easily one of the best displays out there. Just be prepared for the headache if you don’t.

Great monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Qd-oled monitor with decent refresh rate (175hz). Since it is qd-oled the color is awesome and the hdr400 is great.
I also like the oled glare free since it makes it useable even when the room is bright from sunlight.
Have not used the samsung tv side that is included with the monitor yet but it is nice to have tv app integrated within monitor for future use.
Overall great monitor to have.

Next Level. This thing is Wild.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is insane. I wasn’t expecting it to blow me away like this, but it really did. The OLED panel is gorgeous—colors are rich, blacks are pure, and that 49” curve just pulls you into everything.
The 240Hz refresh rate is no joke either. Super smooth gameplay, no ghosting, no lag—just buttery clean visuals. It actually makes fast-paced games feel easier to play.
Even outside of gaming, it’s a beast. I use it for multitasking too and the screen space is a huge upgrade. Looks amazing on my desk, and the build quality feels high-end from every angle.
Samsung really outdid themselves with this one. No regrets.

Does NOT run graphics via USB-C.

Advertised to "Connect more ways" with a photo of lines into the monitor from a tablet, a keyboard, an XBox controller, and a laptop with HDMI 2.1 | DP | USB-C listed as connection options.
After setting the laptop up, this apparently means you can connect via USB-C, but that only drives the speaker and the USB-C out port, but not the actual monitor. You still need that laptop to output to HDMI or Display Port separately. Sad panda, bad advertising.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great monitor for great price
on December 7, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the Black Friday price this monitor si one the best buys out there. The setup is a breeze no tools necessary to total set up time was bit over 5 minutes. The colors are very vivid and bright. And the monitor is very thin, coming from LCD is is so refreshing. The one feature that o got this monitor is the Picture in Picture. I have my 3700Ti plugged to DP and HDMI and set up the monitor like two independent ones. You can set up custom resolution on ech of the virtual monitors. The two downsides is the that the monitor is bit wobbly and that each input is only one, I would sacrifice HDMI for DP but this just a personal preference.
