Rattling microwave

We purchased this product after the previous GE microwave wall oven became inoperative (after 5 years). Fixing the oven was prohibitive. So we purchased a GE replacement . Unfortunately for us the new microwave had a horrible noise when it was operating. The repair person that GE recommended had bad ratings. But that did not matter because he went on vacation and never called us back. The next repair men thought that the fans was the problem. We are now waiting for the parts to arrive. All of this began 5 days after it was installed.
We have in the past thought that GE had dependable products. We now think that is no longer true.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Oven

Very nice looking combination unit. Really like the speed oven features. The lower oven is very slow in preheating to desired temperature. The only big design feature I would suggest changing is for the doors to swing open to the side instead of pulling down.
I would recommend this to a friend!
