Easy to Use, Tons of Features

Had it professionally installed, so can’t speak to that aspect, but looks great and is ridiculously easy to use. Still trying to figure out ways to use all of the features

Two convection ovens

This is a very high tec, very expensive oven. It does have a double convection both in the microwave and in the conventional oven. It heats quickly and the completely stainless steel interior is a plus. The microwave is excellent, very powerful, and can cook a verity of foods, not just reheat things. Make sure you real ALL the instructions and I suggest getting an extended warranty, because as stated this is a very complex machine, with numerous computers. When, not if, it breaks I am sure it would cost a bundle to fix. Having said all that I am extremely please with this product.

We replaced our 13 yr old Profile with this new version, expecting to like it as much. We don't! The microwave door opens down, not side-to-side, and does not lay flat, but angles up toward oven, making it a little difficult to get things in and out because you have to lift everything over the door. Harder for my 5'3" wife! Controls look very sleek, but are cumbersome to use. Rather than turning on the microwave with one touch of one button, now there's a nob to navigate through a series of menus to get to where you want. The lower oven racks are somewhat difficult to get in and out of their tracks, especially the extension rack. All in all, we feel it's a BIG step backward in design from our older Profile!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love the Advantium Technology features of this unit! We have even cooked a steak with the speed cook option in the upper oven.......Love it and it looks great, too!

Advantium malfunctioning

The upper oven, (Advantium) is only a few months old and is not working properly. After clearing the cooking feature and closing the door, the light stays on and the turntable continues to rotate, the "close door" message comes on, but pressing clear and closing the door multiple times it still doesn't turn off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features although convection feature takes some getter used to. Biggest gripe? Beeper sounds are difficult to hear, especially from another room. And their volume can’t be adjusted! Only options are “Normal” and “Mute.” Dumb design... Otherwise, a very nice appliance!
