Problems

numerous problems since July 2023 install. Still not resolved. Not acceptable. Still under warranty but I want it repaired or replaced with a working model.

Not a happy customer

The metal tray you use when you do convection cooking in the microwave doesn’t fit which sadly I didn’t discover until Christmas Day. Not a happy customer.

It's "Cheating" to own Adventium

Good product poor installation.

Was not happy with the installers. I had to turn the breaker because it was not labeled and he would not touch it. Not friendly at all just walked out when it was done no instructions on how to operate it. I had to takeoff some of the protective covering myself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We only started using this unit in mid-April at the completion of a kitchen remodel so have not tried most of the features. When using the Timer alone, we can set any number of seconds. However, when using the Microwave feature in the Upper Oven, we can only set the seconds for the Cook by Time option in increments of 15 seconds. We miss the flexibility to set any number of seconds that we had with our old countertop microwave that this unit replaced. Increments of 15 seconds should not be a one-size-fits all. While the Lower Oven takes a while to cool down after baking an item, it does so quietly.
