Hate this double oven

Bought this with our new home as an option. Absolutely hate this oven as it takes forever to heat up regardless of convection or standard baking mode. We came from using gas units to this and really are disappointed with this. Not to mention we were missing the accessories that were supposed to come with the unit. Don’t recommend unless you like adding an extra 25-30mins onto every cooking experience you do prewarming this oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely hate this oven

Got this oven with our new home build. This is the slowest heating oven I’ve ever had. Both ovens take around 25-30 mins to reach your preheated temperature. The convention mode doesn’t show much difference either. The toast mode is nothing like a real toaster and you’re better off buying a 25 dollar toaster. The controls are also kind of cumbersome and I have a feeling after a few years the spinning select knob is probably going to fail leading to a costly repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The different cooking modes use different preheat methods to heat the oven for the specific cooking mode. Some modes will take longer than others (i.e. convection bake multi). Lousy microwave

The oven works fine. The microwave has died on us 4 times now. The first 3 times they replaced a circuit board. We finally signed up for a GE Warranty with Assurant. So far it's been worthless. Tomorrow we go shopping to replace this whole unit.

Problems

numerous problems since July 2023 install. Still not resolved. Not acceptable. Still under warranty but I want it repaired or replaced with a working model.

The metal tray you use when you do convection cooking in the microwave doesn’t fit which sadly I didn’t discover until Christmas Day. Not a happy customer.
