Terrible Stove, no longer being manufactured!!!

I am an experienced home cook. I have owned this stove for 15 months and it has been serviced twice. I cannot set any recommended cooking or baking time from any recipe and have it done in the suggest time. I make pizza every week and I still cannot get it baked in the same amount of time from week to week. The service men set the temperature up 30F from the factory settings. It is an adventure everytime I use it -- Sometimes taking an extra 30 minutes or more to get a done product. A new cook would give up on cooking at all in the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
