Cats not using "cot" section.

Solid, sturdy product. Cats are not using "cot" section as seem wary about it as it does not provide support for them to move to next level. Have moved it to top level to see if they will use it there.

Pretty good for the price!

Considering the price, I thought it would be worth a try. I'm quite glad i did as my cat quite likes it. Was weary of the soft bed part at first but he quickly got used to it. Easy to assemble. Was actually too tall for my tall kitchen so we cut it down a bit so it fits perfectly. My cat isn't huge and weighs about 5kg. Whenever he jumps onto it it has a slight wobble but it's sturdy enough, I'm not worried about him getting hurt.

Arrived early, very easy to put together. My ceiling is texture so the rubber pad at the top isnt held very securely. My cats have climbed all over it already and it didnt tip, just wobbled a bit..but my grey cat is very large and heavy so Im impressed.

Just to be on the safe side, block or secure top connecting to ceiling.

Top of cat tree, which joins or contacts to ceiling will move to a very active cat.Price very good.

When building it 1 piece was faulty and broke. Got into contact with the company and requested a new one or money back. Got a new one, stands perfectly fine now. Quick replies from the customer service and very friendly. Cats love it, my youngest sleeps on it all the time.

Speedy delivery, good value for money

Overall this is an excellent item for the cost. Only downsides are that a) The hammock is not suitable for a heavy cat as it sags at the shoulder, and b) the quarter shelf is not really much use other than a step up. However our Bengals love it.
