My cats loooove it! They are running like crazy in and out, and they are taking a lot of naps in the hammock. I hope it will stay big enough for when the kitten became bigger

Cats not using "cot" section.

Solid, sturdy product. Cats are not using "cot" section as seem wary about it as it does not provide support for them to move to next level. Have moved it to top level to see if they will use it there.

It's pretty stable, I wish I had thought before building it to have the little bucket seat on the very bottom, my cats are a bit nervous to use it as a step, so I will end up pulling it all apart to reconfigure it. Otherwise it's a pretty cute ladder for them to climb up to the window with.

Fast shipping, easy set up. Watch when putting on basket not to use top holes . Basket will be in the way of quick release. Very happy with knee scooter. My wife and I didn't realize it even comes air pump. They real thought of everything. Great seller. Great product. Thank you.

Compact - useful drawers and bottom cabinet space. Don't like the anti-tamper bar which is loose (falls off easily) and doesn't seem to be fixable etc.

Great Cat Tree for rambunctious 12lb kitten

At first I initiated a return because my kitten didn't use the tower. About a week later he fell in love with it and it's now his preferred cat tree. I'll probably get a second one since he ignores his other cat tree.It was easy enough to assemble although we changed a few things such as putting the bed at the very top.Next issue was that this kitten is HUGE, he is about 12 lbs now and LOVES to take a running leap of faith at this cat tree. It was knocked down a few times but we adjusted the tension rod to be stronger by combining the two rods and cutting one side down until it was tight to our ceiling.Now it just flexes alarmingly but no more falling!

Customer service was fantastic, the cat tower was easy to assemble, unfortunately I have a larger cat and he was just too big safely or effectively utilize the tower.? Would be good for a normal to smaller sized cat. When I contacted for a return customer service was quick to contact me back and refund. I would order from this company again.

Our cat really loves it! I can say that if you have larger cats that the little hammock may not support them, but smaller cats should do just fine. As the animals use the stand it does move a little but it has not fallen over.
