This item is very sturdy and well made. The landing portion is covered in a soft shag grey carpet and the poles have a rough rope combined with carpet that the cats use to scratch. There is an anchor plate located at the top that needs to be screwed into the wall in order to give the pole stability. You really need to use this because the top tension rod is only meant to keep the pole upright. Overall, the cats love it and I am very happy that they do

Great cat tree

doesnt stand up

The pieces fit together but the structure doesnt stand up, is far too unstable for any cat to climb it. I will seek to be re imbursed. Unless I have missed something, it is entirely unfunctional.

Only my skinny cat can climb this

My skinny cat loves this tree. She can climb all the way to the top! Unfortunately, my heavier and older one can't. She has a tough time grasping between the bed and the top plank - not easy for her.
The tree isn't too sturdy and at one point, it fell. This may be my fault for cutting off too much of the springer pole.

Very easy to assemble by myself and my cat loves it! Her favourite spot is right at the top where she can sit and watch everything going on. It's pretty sturdy too as she launches herself round the posts and scratches them (better than the furniture!) She took to it straight away and the next day I got a 'thank you' gift from her...so

My cats loooove it! They are running like crazy in and out, and they are taking a lot of naps in the hammock. I hope it will stay big enough for when the kitten became bigger
