Great Cat Tree for rambunctious 12lb kitten

At first I initiated a return because my kitten didn't use the tower. About a week later he fell in love with it and it's now his preferred cat tree. I'll probably get a second one since he ignores his other cat tree.It was easy enough to assemble although we changed a few things such as putting the bed at the very top.Next issue was that this kitten is HUGE, he is about 12 lbs now and LOVES to take a running leap of faith at this cat tree. It was knocked down a few times but we adjusted the tension rod to be stronger by combining the two rods and cutting one side down until it was tight to our ceiling.Now it just flexes alarmingly but no more falling!

Customer service is great

Customer service was fantastic, the cat tower was easy to assemble, unfortunately I have a larger cat and he was just too big safely or effectively utilize the tower.? Would be good for a normal to smaller sized cat. When I contacted for a return customer service was quick to contact me back and refund. I would order from this company again.

DIY security required to enjoy this

We used a barnacles to secure this to the wall near the top shelf. Now the pole is very stable. Prior to this hack the pole fell, scaring our cat.

I like the quality of the materials.
It was not difficult to assemble. There is one tube which is absolutely different and will be the top for the spring pressure mount. I had to modify it to be a complete layer shorter and the design easily allowed me to accomplish this.

Great purchase

I have 4 cats that have shelves all around the ceiling but only one way to get up and down so we bought this so they would have 2 ways to get around. We had to adjust it a few times to find positions that fit in the corner but it was easy to adjust. It is very well built and attractive. It was perfect.

Good cat tree for narrow space

This is an attractive cat tree for a small space. I have it by my kitchen window, and the cats enjoy climbing on it while I am at breakfast. This is an excellent choice to add more cat-friendly furniture to the spaces where you spend the most time (i.e. the places where your cat wants to be). It is sufficiently sturdy.
