I did my first trip with my new pack and love it. I'm a big guy and this is the first pack that fits me right. Easy to get into compartments with large opening for getting equipment out fast. Only concern is I wish it had a padded waistband.

I get this for an EDC pack. I take this everywhere with me. The pack’s fit and finish is top notch, it carries great (much better then most seeing you can adjust it to your torso), and it has enough pockets to stay organized. The decision is still out to if I like the tri-zip. It works but you have to be do forceful when pulling open the lid that it feels like you are damaging the pack. But it will open quickly and give you access to everything inside. And I believe it is better made then any pack in its price range.

Great smaller alternative to the 3 day pack

Purchased 2 months ago for day to day work, which includes office work and range time at Ft Stewart. Pack holds everything I need for daily work, from lunch and water (added a source bladder in the laptop section) during office days, to a battle belt, Nalgene bottle, ear and eye pro, and a light chest rig for range days, with room to spare. Pack straps are what one is used to from MR, and the adjustability the same. Highly recommend.

Big Enough for Travel and Small Enough for EDC

I am happy that I found this backpack. I needed a bag that had a built in laptop compartment. Plenty of room for a weekend getaway. I really like the interior mesh pockets. They make it easy to stay organized. I only wished that the outside water bottle pockets were as tall as the ones on the Coulee 25.
