Love my 23+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a long time Samsung Galaxy person. This was an upgrade from my Galaxy 9+ and I am so glad I purchased this. The phone is extremely fast. I like the features, pick up the phone and it turns on. The facial recognition is accurate. The finger print is a feature new for me. (Not sure if the 9+had this feature). It charges very fast. Over all I am extremely pleased with my 23+. You should seriously check it out.

my reasons for knocking off 1 star (4 stars instead of 5) - had difficulty transferring everything over from old phone and had to call helpdesk, and no "wow" features. i switched to the s23 plus from a note20 (i loved my note20 but was running out of storage and was told there were no more android updates after this year). i really wanted the s23 ultra but it was so heavy and bulky, i decided to try the plus model. i like it, but don't love it. i hope samsung can make the next new model like the ultra but smaller and lighter. that would be 10 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded to the S23+ and WOW it's so much better than my old phone. The screen quality and camera are great no matter if I'm taking pictures of my grandkids or at a MzLS match. I also think that the sound quality has improved from the older phones. I'm very happy with this phone and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new phone.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a metal roof if I want to talk on the phone I have to put it on wifi calling. They changed notifications sounds to be all the same some people likes different sounds for everything I have to look at my phone every time it goes off to see if it's a notification or a text message text messages should have their own notification sound. They brag about camera but unless you get the ultra the camera isn't any better than any of the other cameras on other phones.

If you'd like to activate Flash notification, you could do so by going to Settings-Notifications-Flash Notification. You can choose from Camera flash notification or Screen flash notification. Depending on what you choose, the camera light or screen will flash when you receive notifications or when alarms sound. I've attached a link below that should further help you customize.
