[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung lover since I have had my own phone plan and I was excited and impressed with the 23+ quality at the beginning. However, I quickly became disappointed when the phone stopped charging correctly within the first 2 months of having it. I hope this is only one phone and not a reflection of how the quality of their products are made now.

Nice Phone, Same Problems As The Others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice phone, really like the size and weight. Good battery life, wish chargers were still included, as the phone needs to be charged. Volume is definitely MUCH lower than previous phones, which is a real disappointment. As usual, bloated with unnecessary apps that you, the purchaser and owner of the phone, cannot uninstall, bit of an irritation since the memory isn't expandable. I enjoy that the camera is so nice, but feel like, how much more do we need? It's a phone and I'm not a professional photographer so features beyond this are wasted on me.

Upgrade from the Note5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last phone was a Note5 and I don't know how it lasted this long. Of course this phone is an upgrade from the ancient one in just about every way - except for no stylus, but I preferred the size of the S23+ over the Ultra.

NO MAJOR OPTIONS SO FAR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for nearly a year and rather talk about all the great features ( and there's a lot, I'llfocus on on the issues ive run into.
- phone randomly restarts. I haven't been able to pinpoint the cause. I've reset the phone to factory settings twice to determine if it's an installed app, but alas no real proof so far. Good news I've only had the reset issue maybe 4-6 times.
- touch screen not working from time to time. Over time I've had to increase the sensitivity so the phone registers my touch.
- the power button on the side randomly stopped functioning for 4 weeks. After a major update it start working again with no indications of issues.
- bloatware is pretty bad when you first get the phone.
- default sound profile is abysmal. You will need to customize your sound through thr equalizer. If you don't know how to do so your music and sound will be noticeably flat.
No major issue like I mention. Phone is great, but there seems to be random issue which occur

solid phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] you could say in truth i bought this phone to properly replace my old 21+. i did previously have the s22, but the battery was very disappointing and really just an "in the meantime" phone since i wasn't able to repair my s21+ when it abruptly died. this phone is wonderful, everything i remember about the s21+ but with some added features. battery life is superb, which really matters for someone like me who is constantly playing mobile games, streaming videos and music day in and day out. one ui looks great, everything is crisp and fluid. i had a pixel 7 for 2 days before returning it for this one because i just love the feel of samsung and how their overlay on android works and looks. i also love the color; this time i opted for the pretty lavender color instead of the usual black; it looks stunning in the clear otterbox case i got for it. overall very happy with this phone, just hoping it will last me longer than my 21+ did. 🥲
