I love the device, but the OS for making calls (fundamental for a phone) has been glitchy since day one. I will make a call, the phone will ring, the person will pick up, but they can't hear me. I can hear them AND the phone ringing simultaneously. It is frustrating beyond words and embarrassing when it is a productive call.

It's OK. Was in love with my G7, but it wouldn't process any updates for apps and software, otherwise I would've never parted ways with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a Galaxy S8 to a S23+. What a difference. With the 23+ I can get a signal in places the S8 could not. The battery last forever. By the end of day my S8 would be at 15-20% where the S23+ is at 80%. The software is much faster and responsive. I get that my S8 was old but it still looked and worked like new. I appreciate the improvements.

Due to a lot of the updates, I am no losing pictures, videos (of my children), and important documents. I am now feeling the loss of Samsung, which I've had their devices for the past 20 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Samsung girl for as along as I can remember. Waaaaay back in my high school days I remember having the tiny silver flip phone and slide up white phone.
Nowadays I'm an Galaxy S girl. I purposely have the jump program with T-Mobile to upgrade every year to the new Galaxy S. I currently have the S23+ in lilac and I love it! I really like the sleek design on the back around the cameras and even more so the quality.
I've also recently upgraded my other devices to the Watch 5 & Ear Buds 2 Pro in purple. And of course I love them!
The only thing that I've always been a bit disappointed about is the lack of accessories for Samsung as oppose to other brands. Finding nice cases and protectors is very limited. Still not a big enough reason to switch but something to consider.
Anyways, lately I've been wanting to buy my first Tab and I've been looking into the different options. I'm still not sure on the model or if I should wait for the Tab 9 which I'm hoping comes in a purple/lilac color.
The point is I LOVE SAMSUNG! Always have, always will.
