My S23+ is AWESOME!

Feedback on improving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I liked my new phone but the following can be checked for the next lineup.
1. Would like to see samsung bring back sd card option.
2. When I get the message for otp.. it doesn't always detect. I happened to have iPhone from work and detect automatically without any additional settings changes.
3. Battery life can be done better. It takes time to charge. Expect to have better than my work phone. When I have Bluetooth on.. it goes down faster.
4. Camera is excellent.
5. My old galaxy s9 has better screen resolution than this for some reason.
6. My old s9 has additional options for display. As this phone is newer.. expected more options. Weirdly have less options.
7. I liked the updates on samsung switch. It was able to gather my Gmail account automatically. If we can copy the same for other apps.. it would be awesome.
8. Like the option of split screen. :)
9. All the data from my phone is copied (including sd card) without any issues.. easy switch.
10. Screen options settings. Not everything is mirrored.

Worse purchase of galaxy...avoid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone ia glitchy as heck. Ive had so many galaxy notes, this is awful. Buttons stick and NOT user friendly. Warrantied thinking it was a fluke. Its just the model of phone.

Best phone i have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone to organize and run my life. I set maintenance dates for all my home and car needs and rely on my S23 to let me know when things need to be done.
I also track and record all my home and cars service records so everything is available whenever needed.
I have my house set up with apps that allow me to control HVAC, Water heater, and multiple robot vacuums all run from my Samsung S23.
The camera and video are perfect allowing me to preserve all my families memories.
The 5g service lets me access internet everywhere with no issues at all. I use golf apps on course and with the S23 i am often more accurate then my playing partners using range finders. The hot spot has worked flawlessly on road trips allowing my 6 year old to play on his devices; all while i am still able to use my GPS for navigation on phone.
I have my Samsung S23 paired with Samsung ear buds allowing me to listen to podcasts and music while walking and working out.
I upgraded from an S20 and could not be happier. I am amazed how much this phone is a part of my life.

The battery life & charging speed is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phones battery life is amazing it last all day & if I forget to charge it, it only takes about half an hour of charging to last till I'm back home. Would recommend for people who use their phone all day for work or play.
