[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always owned a Samsung phone and I must say I love them. I have had several Notes. This time around I opted to go not go for the Ultra (which would compare to the Note) because I wanted a smaller phone. I was quite dismayed that the smaller 23 version was not available with more storage space which left me no option but to go for the 23+. I'm not impressed with it quote honestly. I feel it has many glitches and if I wasn't tied to it for a little while, honestly I'd exchange it. I have to say it's not the best phone ever. For being the latest and greatest it definitely was not the best.

Better than the S22+

I traded in my S22+ for this because I kept drooling over the lavender color. I figured it would be exactly the same, but I was wrong. For the most past it probably is the same, but the battery life is so much better. I still charge it every night, but now at the end of the day I usually have about 50% battery left. The 22+ would be closer to 30% at the end of the day. The other thing that surprised me (pleasantly) is that it can actually recognize my fingerprint! With the 22+ I had to lick my thumb before trying to unlock it that way. It's possible that the screen protector is better, but I doubt it. It looks so pretty with the casetify lavender case I got for it. Now if only they had ear buds that would stay in my ears.. 🤔

I had a new phone and then the battery port went bad. I was sent another phone and it does not work as well. Seems as I was sent a refurbished phone. I am not happy with the replacement phone. The first phone was great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Also when the phone says 5g or 5g uc it loads like 90's home internet very slow. Definitely not as happy as I should be, battery life ok. Camera is pretty darn good. Screen quality is nice and phone is durable. Call quality is ok.

For instance, if I try to close an app by opening the switcher, the animation will bug and I will need to try again multiple times. The battery drain isn't bad, but not great either. Overall just a regular phone.
