Long battery life

LAST MONTH UPGRADED MY GREAT GALAXY S10+ WITH THE NEW S23+. I LOVE SAMSUNG AND ITS GREAT QUALITY IN SOUND , PUCTURE AND EASE OF USING APPS. ONLY ONE NEGATIVE , THE RESOLUTION DOWNGRADE TO HD 1080P , WHERE MY S10+ OFFERED 4K UHD RES. THIS WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING . ALSO DOLBY ATMOS SOUND IS A FAVORITE. I PROMOTE SAMSUNG PHONE ALL THE TIME . LOVE THE PRODUCT QUALITY & RELIABILITY.

Regret trading my old Samsung for this one

I traded in my old Samsung back in June and have continually regretted it. I've had Samsung for years and have loved every one of them until now. The fact that you have to hold down two buttons to turn off or restart your phone is frustrating. I've yet to be able to do it the first time and on average, it probably takes me 6 attempts before I get the restart option. Unfortunately, I also find that I have to restart it almost daily in order for a basic app to actually open (example, my Dunkin Donut app). To me that seems rather extensive. Call connectivity audio breaks up often. Fortunately I have a land line still that I can use when I'm in the house. I have never had any of these issues with my other Samsung phones so to me that means it's the phone. If I could, I would be eating the cost and finding another phone.

To turn the device off, press and hold the Side and Volume down keys at the same time, and tap Power off. Confirm when prompted. Press and hold the Side key to turn the device on.
