I enjoy the features of the phone; however

- favorites are now pins (ok) but let someone know
- upgrades are sometimes not an upgrade but rather more work than they are worth
- if pinning texts, allow more than 5
- the screen shots, harder to do with all the buttons on one side, not as easy go do screen shots by swiping on screen
- pictures are great and the quality of videos is awesome
- wish there were more memory space permitted when texting videos
- no headphone jack so I'm either charging my phone or listening to videos or music, not everyone can do Bluetooth headphones, especially when the headphones can't truly connect to more than one device at a time
- I work from home so having to switch esr pieces is just not helpful plus I really don't want employer knowing what I'm listening to or when, using ear piece fir work and personal just not feasible

The features I love are, being able to customize my widgets, the Dolby surround sound, video call effects and the stellar battery life.

Love it! But...

My favorite thing is how well it takes photos and the general setup of the device is easy to use.. the only thing I could see improvement on at this point is the sound system with the speakers... but you all are doing great work got apple beat by a mile

Great camera features!

I have had a Galaxy phone for going on 10 years now and honestly, it is the only phone I want ever. The first Galaxy I had lasted me 7 years. The strength of these phones and the system they use is amazing. The cameras are always wonderful and comes with amazing features like, portrait mode that blurs out the background. The videos are clear in picture and sound. I have never had an issue with battery or charging issues which is something amazing for phones. I love Samsung and will never go back to anything else.

Overall I really like the new Samsung Galaxy S23+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Galaxy is a big upgrade from my previous version Galaxy S7. I like the new features, the new camera features and the rest of the enhancements. Good battery life and much faster than my old model. I thought I would hate the fact that they got rid of the memory card ability, but as of now, I don't miss it that much; the added storage space is more than adequate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Battery lasts a long time and doesn't require being charged often even with checking Social Media and taking pictures. Able to keep the phone optimized on a regular basis. Easy to add, remove and rearrange apps or widgets. Great quality with taking photos.
