Product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use to talk, text and take pictures. Phone looks and feels great and battery life is excellent. The calls however drop off when making calls and sometimes it takes a minute for them to go through.

Love my new Galaxy 23+!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for a bit of everything (except gaming) but I really wanted a great camera and fast processor. I had a Note 9 for 4-5 years and it was a fantastic phone but getting outdated and outperformed. My colleague bought the Galaxy 23 Ultra, which enabled me to determine that I didn't want/need that model. After comparing the 23 & 23+, I am super happy with my decision. I like: the weight of it, substantial but not too much; the size of it, fits in my hand and allows me to see full screen; the flat screen, no more rounded screen of the Note 9; and the placement of buttons is a bit different but not a deterrent. Battery life is amazing and I'm pleased with the little I've experimented on the camera so far. No complaints; I will stick with Samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several Samsung Galaxy phones and this is by far my favorite model! The screen size is great and the screen resolution is wonderful. The text is clear and crisp and video plays very smoothly. The camera takes great pictures and the battery life is excellent! I am happy I decided to get this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for everything from personal and business, there's really nothing that you can't do with this phone particularly S23+, from the moment I took it out from the box, there were no second thoughts it was my everything. I must say that of all of the phone's that I have purchased in the past , well just the sleek feeling that I get tells me that Samsung has done it again!

Camera is not as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new phone because I really wanted to update cameras and had heard the new samsungs would have great ones. I am retired so this was a big purchase for me. My granddaught had her first little choir concert last week ( kindergarten) and I was excited about taking pictures. I was supposed to take pics to send to everyone who couldn't go to the concert. Photos were terrible! They are so out of focus, every one of them! I was more than disappointed as we're the people expecting to get the photos. They aren't even close to the ones my previous phone took. Even GIF I tried to send friends was so out of focus and the text on it was unreadable. I do not take a camera anywhere, my phone is my only camera and the pictures this phone is taking are not acceptable at all. Can the phone be returned? I would definitely do it if I can. Disappointed!!!
