Had for 2 months now and no issues at all, I thought my note 10+ was fast but after getting s23 ultra I was shocked how much faster it was then 10+

I got my phone a little less that a month, and I am still exploring and finding out how to use it successfully. I am still learning how to really get the full advantage of this Magnificent beautiful phone

I purchased it 2 weeks ago. I love the size of the phone and the camera is amazing. The only thing i don't like about the phone is all 3 buttons are on the same side and very close together. it makes it very hard to turn the phone off or restart it with the 2 buttons you have to press to restart it or turn it off being on the same side. i have to use both hands to turn it off or restart it

Switched from iPhone 12 pro Max not use to the android. Still trying to set up biometrics but having difficulty. Other areas are a little confusing but would like some place to get help

We have provided for you the full product manual for your device, as well as a link to the Samsung Support Team. They are a great resource for assistance in adjusting the settings or answering any questions you may have regarding your new device. We can address the biometrics difficulty you mentioned. In your settings app you can route to Lock Screen, and from there Screen Lock Type. From there you can choose how you would like to be able to unlock your device, whether you would like to use your fingerprint, a PIN, or facial recognition.
