I bought this phone after ctackjng the screen of my S20 Ultra I had for 3 years. I used to purchase the Note for the stylus so I was excited to see the addition to the Galaxy. I did not check if Samsung continued to offer the SD card option and was completely disappointed by the lack of once purchased.
Other than that the phone has been great. Fast and seems to work better through Bluetooth than the S20 did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I cannot say I love this phone because I need the fingerprint sensor for so many things and I can't use it because there are no cases/screen protectors that work with it. You guys really messed up. I don't like that I had to buy a charger. I dont like that I had to buy a headphones jack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A screen protector can potentially interfere with the sensitivity of the display and the usage of the fingerprint reader. Luckily we have a setting available designed for use with screen protectors. In your settings under your display you can enable the touch sensitivity setting. If you have previously owned a USB-C charger or have any qi compatible wireless charger you can use those with your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. We have stopped providing the charging adapter in a commitment to be more environmentally friendly and reduce the amount of electronic waste. Got phone the day it was released. Replaced my Note 20 5G Ultra. The features on S23 5G Ultra surpassed the proformance on the Note 20 Ultra.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I'm in love. The main reason I bought this phone was because of the camera. I seen it had a rockin' camera on it, and boy it didn't disappoint! Splurge and get the Ultra! You won't be sorry!

I bought this phone a month ago and I would have to say it's amazing! There's almost too many features in this phone to the point it's hard to remember how to use all of them. I would rather have too many though. No, it's been great.
