Good phone with one major problem

I bought this phone while on vacation on Maui last June. I had to buy a new phone because my S22 ultra had the moisture warning and couldn't be recharged. I was told it's a known Samsung problem.
Also happened with the S23 ultra several times. Finally had a warranty exchange for a refurbished phone. One or two days after receiving received the same message.
What is the problem Samsung???
