I bought this 5month ago, I was so happy nice and smooth I' love everything about it. Since Dec. 1 comes update on software is in so i did update.. after that all of a sudden black screen show up, some apps don't work, no damage on my phone ,no scratches, never fell off .. but it's frustrating to turn on and off 2 to 3 times a day to get it to work.. I called costumer service and glad Ms. Cristine the agent help me through rebooting but still ain't working g so she place a replacement for me expecting it to be here today.. I hope that this will work better the new replacement if not I have no idea... for 1,375 with tax and screen protector and a data transfer fee that's kind a Noth worth it

I've had the phone a couple weeks now. I love the camera, the editing features are great especially the OBJECT ERASER ability. The transition to the new phone was easy. It has the perfect size screen/profile and fits the hand

I love this Galaxy. I've had a few but this is the best yet. The screen colors are amazingly vivid. It's been easy to adjust the features and it's automatically helping me, like putting my You Tube in dark mode to save battery use. The camera takes clear colorful pictures. I'm glad I bought it.
