Flat tire

Just bought this yesterday when i open the box it was flat tire already so we put air but didn’t work and its hard to assemble the hand break it was really tight! Sad customer here! Need to change the tire or just return it!

Best recommended this ebike!! Battery is good, packaging well, and easy to assemble. I live in downtown and really good driving a round downtown and city, I can to park anytime I want. I will get another when it is good price again for my daughter.

The specs for this bike say up to 33 kms and you are lucky to get 14 kms on a single charge. The bike itself is very nice, but don't expect to go far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This bike was an impulse buy that I'm glad I purchased. I enjoy using this little guy since it helps me save money from the subway commutes to work. I haven't tested the full distance that the battery can handle, but I hit 12km on it before charging it. I'd recommend this bike if you want to experience an e-bike without going broke. The only thing is the brakes gave me some trouble from time to time; youtube videos helped me service it myself.
Pros:
- Nice speed levels
- Sturdy frame
- Doesn't take up too much space

- Brakes needed re-adjustment several times.
- Brake pads wear down unevenly
- Will not hit 33km battery range at 2nd/3rd gear

They do not honour the warranty.

My son bought this bike. It hasn’t worked properly from the day one. The electronics inside weren’t working properly. The rear brake hits the cargo rack which prevents the brakes from working.
I’ve been in contact with them for four months and although they’ve been helpful through an email, they have not been helpful in reality. If you do not live by their one bike shop that they use for their warranty in Ontario, you cannot find a bike shop unless you’re willing to pay the fee yourself.
They sent parts to rectify the situation and expect you to fix it yourself. Although, the issue with the rear brake is still not fixed and they say that the wheel is bent due to impact and it’s accidental. The wheel is not bent and they haven’t even viewed the bike. I live in BC.
If you value a warranty, do not buy this bike as they will not fix it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
