Can't even use out of box

I just received my ebike today and it's already unusable. The chainwheel on the back tire isn't attached properly to the wheel and instead is grinding agaisnt the frame when I try to ride the bike. I'd give this a 0/5 if I could, im absolutely furious

Dangerous Bike

I have been an E-Bike owner for over 3 years and a general cyclist for many, many years. I currently own 4 bikes. I bought this Blutron to use for short trips and was attracted by the size and fold ability of the bike. It is about 20 lbs lighter then my full size E-Bike. The first thing I noticed was that it has the feel of a stationary bike. The handle bars are configured in a "T" shape and cannot be adjusted. This causes the steering to be a little wobbly at times when you are peddling with the motor engaged.
The second thing I did not like was the throttle on the right hand, handlebar is very soft, meaning if you have you hand on the throttle and go over a bump, it is easy to accidently pull the throttle fully open and the bike literally comes out from under you, almost like doing a wheelie. I do not feel safe on this bike and think a person could injure themselves quite easily.

Received the bike in good condition and on time. Assembling it was very easy. The bike is sturdy and offers an impressive performance with a battery range of up to 33 km and a top speed of 32 km/h, making it an excellent choice for urban commuting. However, there is a minor issue to note: the handlebar exhibits a slight deviation from alignment with the front wheel, causing the bike to not face completely straight. This bike sucks. I charged it full and it still won’t open. Huge waste of my money. If any individual is trying to buy an electric bike, do not buy this bike. It does not work. Do not buy it !!

Great but no headlight

This ebike is perfect in size and weight. Just what I need. Speed is good and the ride is comfy. I however can’t get the headlight to turn on. Also the height of the handle bar cannot be adjusted. Would upgrade my rating if I get that light on
