Sturdy bike

I've had a few falls due to winter riding and this bike took it like a champ. Love that it has all the bells and whistles can't get a normal bike for this price with these add-ons . The motor could be a bit better but still does the job I don't have to pedal up a 5% grade. I actually think a single gear is a feature not a bug because it'll last longer if you take care of it. This is the best ebikes I've owned and it's a 1/4 price of my other ebikes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yup I bought one. I was very excited UNTIL it had no power even after fully charged, was back and forth for 7-8 days trying to figure out why. The telephone support person was very helpful and resonded back shortly after each session. It took some time but between the phone person and Blutron we were able to solve the problem.

Con's: This should had never of taken place in the first place. I suggest that whoever allowed it out the door without properly checking to see if it worked should be re-evaluated. None of the connectors were connected. These should be outta the box rideable, simple as that.

Doesn’t Last

We bought this bike in December of 2024. It was great for about 6 months then the brakes went. We contacted the company and they weren’t very helpful. They sent us replacement parts that did nothing. They refused to admit that the brakes were faulty. Finally took the bike in for proper repairs in December 2025. They fixed the problem but it’s only a temporary fix as the brakes on this bike are too cheap to handle the power. 5 months later the brakes are done again. They wear out super fast. So unless you want to replace brake parts every 6 months get something better with stronger brakes. This bike is now useless for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not waste your money

I don’t think I would recommend this bike to anyone. At a full charge I can barely get to 15 km’s before it dies usually. — I barely use the throttle.
I bought this back in march and have used it everyday and here’s what i’ve noticed.
-battery dies way too fast
-the motor for the wheel to turn when on different gears barely will work. Shifting from gear 1 to gear 3 is the exactly same, no shift in automatic speed expect for 5 minutes a day in a ride.
-top speed is a lie, I have always been a biker, but recently wanted to try out an e bike, so I definitely use the peddles but top speed even with peddling and not peddling is not 32km it’s 24.

Like the bikes but only wish they had shocks as they can be a little rough on bumps.
