Currently, I am completely satisfied with this protector but it will take some time to see if the item provides the protection that I want. I put one on my electronics, microwave, refrigerator and hot water heater water pan sensor. The guarantee was a big factor in purchasing these protectors. Time will tell!

This was purchased and recently installed to power up a gas water heater for which I had a dedicated receptacle available and needed to protect a single piece of equipment. I needed the surge protection to protect the expensive electronics in the water heater. A not costly investment to reasonably avoid the possibility of a far more expensive water heater repair down the road. It's sort of oversized but it makes no difference for my application. It is solidly constructed and Isobar products have a good reputation. Time will tell if if provides good service over a period of time.

I used several of these to protect and isolate network switches from other large power tools in a painting and welding shop. I connected the switches directly to the ISOBLOK's. Perfect for what I needed. No complaints!

Purchased this to protect network transmitter for CNC mill. This device has protected this network connected box in the midst of power fluctuations and shut downs that are common for industrial installations. 10 years later still working well as plugged in device never burnt out.
