Product is undoubtably high quality, but I can't say for sure until I actually receive it. Would have been nice if I was told the item was on backorder before I purchased. APC anticpates a 3 month delay in shipment. I recommend sourcing this type of product from an organization with better supply chain management.
Pros: Ease of Management, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime
Cons: Lacking Vendor Support

Backs up my gaming PC great!

I use this to backup my gaming PC + 2 monitors. Works great! Plenty of outlets and looks slick (much better than previous gen)! When gaming, it's cool to see my power consumption--about 18 mins at load (around 300W). Neat little addition to my home office!

This has to be the most robust well built product I have received to date from APC, The LCD display is amazing! This exceeds all my expectations, and if it is like any of the other APC products I have owned in the past, it will provide me with peace of mind and reliability for many years to come.

Great starter UPS for home systems!

Great size and features on such a small unit. Haven't had any power outages since installing it but I'm reassured to know I'm covered, especially with clean power! Would definitely recommend this unit to customers and peers for work/home usage depending on the power needs of the systems you're backing up.

Great New Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the unit, I proceeded to set it up. Ran into a small problem trying to connect the battery lead. Instructions showed one side of connector had an APC logo. Couldn't find this, so I had to fiddle to figure out which way connector worked. Once on, all good. Loved the revised layout of the back panel. Worked much better to plug in stuff to battery backed up outlets than previous layouts. Loved the batter/surge protected outlet.
Tested unit's ability to protect against power outage. Very good. Believe this unit will be very reliable in protecting my equipment. Like compact design. It works well in the knee well of a desk.
Overall, tjis is a great unit.
