You're taking a chance buying these from Best Buy

They sound great but don't fit well in my ears.
Tried to return after 12 days and was told I can't "because they're open". Better off buying from Costco or Amazon for the same price because they accept returns

Way too bulky very uncomfotable

I got these as a Christmas present as my head is too small for most over ear noise cancelling headphones. While the sound is okay they are hands down the most UNCOMFORTABLE headphones I have ever worn. I couldn’t wear them for more than five minutes… Even worse for the five minutes I wore them they dented my ear shell (and left a BRUISE). I would NOT recommend these to anyone unless you have massive ears. I have no idea what to do with them as I can’t return headphones :(

Doesn’t work best for noisy shop. Hurts my ear

Bought this to try cuz I forgot my Isotunes. If you use it for noisy work, reconsider.
First off. The noise canceling mode - not enough.
It’s not adjustable. So whatever they cancel is what you get. Ambient Sound mode is adjustable but not noise canceling.
Doesn’t work well with Tig welding. Still very noisy. Doesn’t tune out the buzzing sound.
Noise canceling can’t be used with wind reduction. It’s either noise canceling or wind reduction. So in the shop I’m obviously using noise cancelling. Then when i use air tools, it literally blow air screams into my ear.
So if you’re a tradie. Go for actual ear plug like isotunes. Or just use ear plugs or ear muffs and forget about the music. I work in a fabrication shop for your reference. When everyone is on their grinder, air die grinder, air sander, welder, air blow gun, saw, etc. the active noise canceling just doesn’t cut it.
Secondly. The shape.
The ear bud is big on the outside. Sits right on top of my ear cartilage. Leaving a red mark and it hurts. Im not talking about the changeable ear plug tip. It’s the part that hangs out of your ear.
Thirdly. Playtime. A positive (neutral) point.
Fully charged and always on noise canceling and playing music, around 7 hours later, it notifies me low battery. I’d say is pretty standard playback time in one charge before putting back to the case.
Forth. Control.
I kept the default control: left switches from noise canceling to ambient sound. Right switches play back. I do find these controls useful at the fingertips.
This leaves you no options for volume adjustment. So you’ll have to reach to your phone or whatever you’re playing on to adjust volume. I wish they can at least allow the left to switch noise /ambient mode in single tap, and volume on multiple taps.
You can make volume control to be on one of the two buds but that means you’ll also lose either of the default options.
Conclusion:
I’ll recommend only if you use it for leisure. It doesn’t hold up to work environment. Will not recommend to trades people.

Over rated. They have to fit your ears perfectly .

Over rated. They have to fit your ears perfectly to work as advertised. I replaced the ear tips with silicone ear tips and got a better fit. Thankfully I purchased them at a boxing day sale price. They are not worth the full price. Better than regular air pods .

Great quality but won't survive long

So I purchased these about 1 and a half years ago just when they first came out. Had no issues with them for a while and loved using them. They fit perfectly, noise cancelling was amazing in moderate volume environments and the sound quality is the best I've had in any headphones.
However, recently the right bud itself has been dying around the 2 hour mark of active use with the 30% battery left warning always coming on around then. This wouldn't be a problem except the buds are rated for 8 hours powered on and the left side is always at 80% when the warning comes on for the right.
This seems to be a trend with these as other reviews notice the same issue after using them for a while so my honest opinion is that they are amazing headphones with really cool features and the quality is outstanding. But because these only lasted about a year and a half I can't recommend these. For reference, my heavily used set of headphones is the wh-900n I believe and I've had them for 3-4 years now so it disappointed me that these didn't have the same quality I was used to with Sony headphones.

Not worth the premium price tag

After using these ear buds for over a month , I am questioning whether the sound quality is worth the $400 price tag. Additionally , the volume level is certainly not loud enough as one would expect for a product of this caliber. The memory foam ear tips are already showing signs of degradation and are a hassle to clean.

Not high quality compatible with Samsung phones

I was told to buy these because they would be higher quality than Samsung Buds. They are not high quality compatible with a Samsung. I have had 20$ headphones sounds better.

Ear pieces are hard and I find they don’t stay in the best. I had seinheiser momentum’s before this and they were way better. Had better noise canceling, fit better, and had more functions. These are still solid with a great battery life but the comfort could be better
