Not terrible....... but...........

I got these with high expectations. They don't perform terribly, however, if I had a "do over" I would maybe do things differently
The fit isn't as comfortable as my other ANC earbuds, and they have a "no return" policy on headphones once they are opened
I would suggest trying the Bose quiet comfort directly from Bose. They have free shipping and a 90 day trial periods to see if you enjoy them. So, you can come to these secondly.
If you do decide to try these, order from Amazon, you can return them there as well.
I regret buying them from bestbuy

Rarely work well

Touch controls are very sensitive. If your finger is slightly wet it won't work. While riding a bike or in a breeze, the wind will trigger the touch controls and pause or skip songs. After a few months the foam ear tips have begun to fall apart. The sound quality for phone calls is good

After 1 year of owning the left ear bud doesn't hold a charge very long. Just after you take it out of case which is fully charged and the ear bud is charged it does within minutes. Not happy, not worth $399. I am 1 month past the 1 year warranty. Needless to say i am not happy. I spent top dollar and don't feel the product is worth the issues at this price point. Would not buy again.

Great sound not much customization

I got them started to use was supere happy have some great featurse and i will probably use them for awhile but they need more custimization in terms of touch sensors. It only allows u to chose a category for each ear instead of being able to chose both ambient sound control and playback it restricts u to one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clarity is good, ANC is great, loudness is to be desired!!

Great earbuds when they work

I love these earbuds, the ANC and sound quality is definitely one of the best earbuds I have owned. However, the build quality is an issue. Within the year that I own the product, they have failed me 2 times already. The first one being the left earbud volume suddenly drops substantially from the right one. Resetting the earbuds, cleaning, updating sony app does nothing to fix them. I contacted Sony and they were willing to replace them the first time. Now I'm facing the same problem but with the right earbud and that was the end of their support for their premium product. At this price, I would expect much better build quality from Sony or better support, which both are lacking in this instance. I will definitely reevaluate my choices with Sony in the future. Overall, great product while it works, but very unreliable product as well.

Great Earbuds

I was able to buy them yesterday and tested it out at home and I was thrilled and definitely not disappointed with the functionality, esthetics and sound clarity of these Sony earbuds! One thing that was a little disappointing was the fit in my ear was a little uncomfortable and not too snug but other than that I'm happy with the product. I highly recommend them.

Used it for two days. You will hear a "bell" notification sounds at start up, but it's flawed. I keep hearing this very subtile bell sound while listening to podcasts. So subtile but so annoying. I did a test by shaking my head and biting hard on my upper and bottom teeth and that sound is magnified. Plz try it out and make sure yours not flawed. like I said so annoying and it's supposed to be top of the line in terms of ear buds. Unacceptable. But I do have to say, the styling and extra features are cool.
