Great and now terrible

Worked wonderfully for 11 months and then this past month, they aren't lasting 45 mins before dying. Best Microphone, people could understand me in my loud delivery truck.

If the built-in battery does not last long, please try some solutions below:
Ensure that the earbuds are charged sufficiently.
Check that you are using the supplied USB Type-C cable.
Check that you are using a commercially available USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 1.5 A or more.
Check that the headset and the computer are directly connected, not via a USB hub.
Reset or initialize the headset to restore factory settings.

battery unusable after 1.5 years

worked fine until 2 weeks ago. Now left bud lasts 20 minutes even when fully charged. Right bud lasts 1 hour.

We're sorry to hear the trouble that you are experiencing with the built-in battery of your WF1000XM4. Please allow us to help and troubleshoot the problem.

While it is normal for the battery consumption rate to vary somewhat between the left and right earbuds due to function settings and conditions of use, a significant difference between the earbuds, when regularly used together, should not occur. Normal battery life is 3.5 hrs. - 12 hrs. depending on settings.

Sound is great, Battery is trash

Sound quality is great, fit is great, battery is trash. I don't use these that often (every 1-3 months) but the last time I did the battery on the right earphone went from 35% to 0% in about 5 seconds. After repeated charging the right earphone is essentially unusable.
Since Sony doesn't seem to have any way to contact them (other than via phone?), I'm leaving this review as per their request.

Stopped working after an year

I bought this last month and I'm truly happy with them, it does all it says on the description, they are very comfortable and don't hurt my ears after wearing them for a while! I've tried 3 different ones and all hurt. I don't have to remove them to talk and can walk with them and they don't fall. Haven't done any fast pace walk or exercise with them yet.
I recommend them for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Sony WH-1000XM4 wireless headphones are a clear improvement over Sony’s already excellent line of Bluetooth headphones. They are very comfortable and provide superb listening experience at home, traveling or in a noisy office. They incorporate extremely effective noise suppression and they have easy to operate controls and a very long battery life.I highly recommend this Sony wireless headphones.

Was super excited, but after a couple of days, the pair quit working together and only one bud would connect to the device at a time. SO FRUSTRATING. The reset/repairing process (which is like the most obscure, OCD triggering process ever!) just kept offering up false and exasperating hope. Likely my last Sony purchase.
