It will break frequently and easily

Dropped one earbud on to a soft surface and it permanently muffled the sound on it, essentially making the buds useless. Absolutely unacceptable for the price point. Followed the instructions to “fix” the issue multiple times to no avail. Do not buy this product unless you enjoy flushing money down the toilet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
