I have had these earphones for a month now. The sound quality is good, Bluetooth capabilities excellent and its charge last a long time. My only complaint is that they are larger than I was expecting and therefore hang well out of my ear.

Bought these for my husband even though he asked for the Bose. Biggest mistake ever! These things have nothing but problems with charging, connecting and cause nothing but disappointment.

Make sure to clean the charging ports on the earbuds and charging case. Then check the indicator on the charging case. If you haven't yet, check this article to make sure you are charging the earbuds properly:

When you pair the headphones using the Bluetooth settings of the connecting device, select the headphones model name without the LE- prefix. If you only see the headphones model name with LE- prefix, wait for a few seconds until the model name without prefix LE- is displayed.

These headphones are less than a year old, and worked really well for a while. Now they stay connected even when in the case, rather than shutting down when removed from the ear which drains the battery. Very disappointing
