Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. To isolate the charging issue, please try to charge the headphones using a different USB Type-C cable.
True high fidelity earbids and the Dolby atmos/ 360 sound experience is incredible.

I've had these Earbuds for about a week. I only had to make a few tweaks to the settings so I had the ability to change the volume with the left bud touch. My only negative is the inability to change the volume when a phone call is received with the ear bud. Apparently you have to adjust the volume through the device (phone in my case). Not very convenient if my phone is across the room being charged.

Bought these not too long ago, have about 71hrs of listening to music, and the battery life on both is now down to 45 minutes. Insane, the change happened so abruptly from one day to the next. I was getting through workouts and the battery was lasting me well passed my workouts and then one day last week, just started dying before I was done, about 45 minutes. I enjoyed these very much but I can’t do anything with them now that the battery life dies so fast and now out of nowhere. It used to give me a warning that they need to be charged and now they just warn you they’re turning off. I’m shocked this happened from one week to the next.

I’ve had these ear pods for almost a month and I’m loving them! Normally, I purchase Air Pods but I’m really glad I made this change. If you haven’t tried these, they’re a Must!

I bought these a year ago and they were great until recently now one of the earpieces won't hold a charge past twenty minutes

I've had these for about 1 year and have really enjoyed listening to my playlists at home or at the gym. Excellent sound quality, noise cancelling okay, Bluetooth pairing is good, and feature to start & stop music manually and automatically works well. HOWEVER, don't count on these for calls as the person on the other end often complains about muffled sound. Also, the battery life on just the left earbud is now dropping to 20% after 2 hours of mild use. I'm hoping that Sony customer service can fix this. I'll check back in with an update.
