Battery stopped holding charge

Battery stopped holding a charge. Headphones only last an hour on full charge. Lost my proof of purchase unfortunately as when I registered them for warranty I didn’t see the add receipts. Stuck with an expensive paper weight

Love them but dislike the time it took to connect

Sounds superb but don't dig having to have an app.it took me countless times to get the headphones connected. About ready to return them and they finally connected. Lol. Currently trying to connect with another device and I am having trouble once again. Ugh WHT can't they Just link and that be it.

Allow us to help make this a better experience. Please make sure that the headphones software is updated as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. If your (earbuds) won't connect to the Headphones Connect app or the app doesn't detect your headphones, please try some solutions below:
Restart the mobile device.
Place the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, and wait for a few seconds before removing them.
Reset the headphones

Poor battery

Great sound, great features, a little pricey but I was definitely happy with them. Till about 11 months of having them the battery of the right side kept dying really fast I was within warranty and the replacement process was really easy, fast. got my replacement pair 3 months later the charger stopped working and customer service from here on has been horrible in my opinion
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Make sure that the headset is set into the charging case securely. Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable. Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the charging case and the USB AC adaptor or computer, or the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet. If the earbud tips are not properly attached to the headset, the headset may not charge with the supplied charging case. Check that the earbud tips are attached properly when you store the headset in the charging case. If earbud tips by other manufacturers are used, the headset may not charge with the supplied charging case. Be sure to use the supplied earbud tips when charging.

Started out great but now can barely even use

I bought my WF1000XM4s back in Oct of 2021. I was excited to get them and loved the sound quality and noise cancelling that these wireless ear buds provided. Fast forward to present day (March '23) and they no longer hold much of a charge. The left bud connects and says fully charged but only lasts about 30 minutes. The right one is better but I can only get a couple hours of use before I get the low battery warning. Having only one earbud to listen to music or a movie is not very satisfying and totally forget about noise cancelling. Audio quality was and still is excellent but battery life makes them virtually unusable for any reasonable length of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great headphone but L earbud doesn't hold charge

Its been a little over a year. Bought it back in Nov 6, 2021. The left earbud doesn't hold charge the same compared to the right one. Also, the left earbud gets very hot. I need to claim warranty for this product.

Most Stylish and Best Wireless Ear Buds Around

These are the best wireless earphones period. Not only are they stylish but the sound quality is superb. You need to set the earphones to the LDAC codec in order to use it to its full potential, so make sure your phone or player is able to do so. Nonetheless whether or not you can use them to their full potential I guarantee they are way better than airpods!

Great At first, then terrible

I bought this just over a year ago and sound-wise it was pretty good. The settings were annoying, they would turn off in the middle of something because they 'couldnt feel my ear', and would also randomly decide to disconnect for no reason. Now the right earbud loses about 2% charge per minute and dies completely within 30 minutes. The left one lasts about 20 minutes longer. If I knew they were going to die after a year anyway I would have just bought the significantly cheaper option on the display next to these.

The earbuds have IR sensors that detect when they are correctly worn. If you don't insert the earbuds correctly or if the IR sensors are dirty, the following issues may occur:

• Bluetooth® connection is lost.
• The touch sensor doesn't work on one of the earbuds.
• One earbud isn't detected and turns off after 15 minutes due to the Automatic Power Off function.
• Only one of the earbuds is detected, sound is heard from both earbuds, but the sound output becomes monaural (non-stereo).
• Only one of the earbuds is detected and the Ambient Sound Mode works only with the detected earbud.
• Neither of the earbuds are detected and the Ambient Sound Mode turns off.
