Great headphones, problematic battery life

The battery life went from 6 hours to 2 hours on the right headphone and 20 minutes on the left after the latest update and will need to be replaced now

Poor Quality Control and Warranty Service.

My original set headphones had a battery drain issue with the left headphone. I contacted Sony and they sent me a replacement unit.
The replacement Unit is defective as well but now Sony says it's out of warranty and the only thing it can be done is to send it out and see if it can be repaired.
Sony Quality Control is not what it used to be.

This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated.

While it is normal for the battery consumption rate to vary somewhat between the left and right earbuds due to function settings and conditions of use, a significant difference between the earbuds, when regularly used together, should not occur. If the available operating time (on either or both Left/Right headsets) is short or the battery power does not last long, you may check the troubleshooting steps from the link below to isolate and fix the issue.

Horrible battery issue that Sony knows about

Do a search online and you will see that this model has a horrible batter life problem. I can go from 90% battery to shut down in 15 minutes. Sony knows of this issue but didn't do anything about it because the issue would arise after the warranty expired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were so excited to receive the Sony wireless nose canceling headphones. The Quality of this product is amazing. We are so pleased with the design and functionality of this product. The sound quality and noise canceling aspect of these headphones is beyond compare. I have never owned a better pair of headphones.

Never fails but

I just recently bought this beauty and I was as impressed as the headphones that i bought a year ago, all except one thing, the bluetooth connection when you received a call is good but after that the connection between two earbuds is like interchanging with each other, if you play music for example the sound like stop on the left and play on the right and so on, if you can fix this i will give you 5 star rating
I would recommend this to a friend!

If resetting doesn't work, update the software of your headphones via Sony headphone connect app. A firmware update improves the functionality and features of your device. It can provide fixes to any performance issues that may occur.
